Tunisia is gifted with some of the most adorable beaches located in the northern, eastern and southern coasts. The beaches are the perfect holiday destination for families and friends, not only offering numerous water sports to enjoy but also many other exciting activities to explore.

Almost all the holiday destinations in Tunisia offer a comprehensive list of pristine beaches which are ready to spoil you on your visit. Some of the beaches in Tunisia have soft and gentle shores and some have rugged rocky caverns and some Tunisian coastlines even are hemmed with long palm trees. The Tunisian beaches are the perfect place to enjoy sun-bathe or enjoy some exciting family water sports. You can make your reservation in several resorts located close to the beaches in Tunisia. Some of the wonderful beaches are located in the eastern, northern and southern coastline of the country.

In the north Tunisia, you will find startling rocky coastlines. Almost all the northern coastline has stunning sea-shores falling steeply into glistening water. Tabarka, which is one of the northern towns in Tunisia, has beaches which are adorned in corks and mimosa trees. You can reach the famous coral reef which lies 10 minutes away from the shore on a boat. The areas around the northern shoreline also feature some of the most fascinating isolated sandy beaches like Raf Raf and Sidi el-Mekka.

The sandy beaches enclosing the island of Djerba on the Gulf of Gabes makes it the Polynesia of the Mediterranean. More beauty to the beach is added with the mirage formed making it look like 10,000 palm trees rising from the sea. While staying here, you can enjoy the splendid weather, some exciting water sports all the year round or enjoy sailing to the island inhabited by Flamingos. Some other beaches in Tunisia that are blessed with same pleasure are the quality beaches of la Goulette, Marsto resort and of Salambo. These beaches around Tunisia feature soft and safe sand thus becoming major hotspots among families and adventurers for enjoying various watersports.

The south-eastern Cap Bon Peninsular around Hammamet and Nabeul offers some of the best beaches in Tunisia. The beaches are spotless and houses small bar and restaurants which make it popular amidst the tourists. The pristine and curving with golden sandy beaches make your beach holiday livelier.
