Search Tunisia Hotels  Can I Modify my Reservation online?
There is no provision for change of reservation online. However, if you want to make any changes to your reservation, please contact our Customer Service Center at 08456 44 54 54 (UK) or +44 20 8680 3001 (Outside UK) for assistance.
  Will I be charged for any modification on my reservation?
Any changes on your reservation will be charged a 25GBP admin fee. Charges mentioned in the cancellation policy section of your reservation may apply if request for any cancellation or modification is made after the cutoff date. You can be charged 100% penalty on any modification or cancellation after check-in. It is to be noted that you cannot cancel nor receive credit for unused nights once you have checked into a hotel or check-out early. You may also need to cancel your original reservation and rebook it for the new dates.
  What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies differ from hotel to hotel. The cancellation policies are, generally, exercised by hotels to avoid holding a room unnecessarily, when other can use it.
 My cancellation policy reads "Cancel 24 hours prior to arrival" and I plan on checking in at 11-00 pm. Can I cancel my reservation by 11-00 pm on the day before my arrival?
Cancellation policies differ with hotels and are strictly related to the hotel check-in-time. Therefore, if your cancellation policy states 24, 48 or 72 hour, then make the cancellation on your reservation by 12-00 pm local time of your check-in date.
 What if I do not receive a confirmation at the time of booking?
On the completion of the booking process if your confirmation page is not displayed, then you can please check your mail. However, if you do not receive any mail confirmation within ten minutes, then you can fill Contact Us form and a duplicate copy will be reverted back to you. Please give the following information filling the request form:
1. The name the reservation was booked under
2. The hotel name and location (city)
3. The check-in/check-out dates
 How long does it take for the hotel to have my reservation information?
Usually, the hotel receives the confirmation details within an hour from booking except for nights and weekends when the hotel reservation department is closed. Otherwise, it depends with specific hotel and arrival date. If you have booked a discounted prepaid reservation, then carry a print out of your voucher as a proof of the advance payment for the reservation.
 How to do Multiple Room Reservations and Group Bookings online?
- Our group reservation services help you in making Multiple Room Reservations and Group Bookings in the hotel of your choice. Our hotel booking engine enables you to book up to four rooms online. If you want to book five or more rooms, then please fill the Group Bookings Form for group booking.
 What is the hotel check-in time?
The check-in time for the hotel is after 3:00 pm local hotel time.
 Will the hotel hold my room if I am arriving late?
As your reservation is guaranteed with a credit card, the hotel holds your room until 7:00 AM next day.
 What if I need early arrival?
If you are in need of early arrival then please fill the special request section of the reservation page. Every effort will be done to act on your request. However, it is subject to availability of room upon arrival at the hotel.
 What is the age requirement for children for free stay?
If your children are under the age of three, then their stay will be free. Nonetheless, check the hotel information as the age requirements might differ with hotels policies.
 How to get specific type of hotel room (non smoking, handicapped, etc...)?
The reservation form has the special request field where you can enter the request for special rooms. Every measure will be taken to act on your request. However, your request will not be guaranteed as it would depend entirely on the availability of rooms.
 How can I obtain a receipt for my hotel room?
The e-mail confirmation that you receive on your booking is your receipt. Please retain a copy for your records.
